Valentina's Masterclass provides a different culinary experience in your own home.  You invite up to 8 friends, and Valentina provides the expertise and skills to teach you all how to make and enjoy the wonderful experience of home made pasta, risotto and original genuine Italian fish and meat dishes from scratch.

What is different about our masterclasses is that as well as the culinary experience we combine Italian food with a selection of fine Australian boutique wines-a completely new angle on the delights of food and wine matching.

You chose the menu with our guidance, matched with our stunning award winning Australian wines.

We can supply gift vouchers as gifts for your friends and family.

For larger groups of up to 25, we can provide a Central London venue. 
Our unique food & wine pairing events have proved to be a great activity for team building and corporate entertainment.

Who are we?
Auswineonline is a specialist online retailer selling boutique quality wines from small producers in Western Australian, and is run by Brian Oakwell, who met the acclaimed writer and teacher Valentina Harris in Piedmont on a food and wine course 15 years ago.  They have brought their common interests and passion for all things culinary and vinous together to create these very different Masterclasses having discovered, quite by coincidence that Brian's wines match Valentina's food superbly over dinner one night at a friend's kitchen table!
